Hi, I’m Valerie Weis. I’ve been helping people find their dream homes since 2001, and I still get excited every single time a client turns the key to their new front door.

I grew up in the industry—my dad was a commercial and residential builder, so I literally learned construction from the ground up. That early foundation, combined with my natural desire to serve others, led me into real estate. Whether it’s new construction, resale, land, or helping families relocate, I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients through every type of transaction.After starting my career in general brokerage and corporate relocation, I spent 12 wonderful years selling new homes in Charleston, SC. I later worked closely with Veterans United, where I developed a true passion for helping military families secure their dream homes through VA loans—something especially meaningful to me because my dad and my husband both served our country.In 2017 I moved to Central Florida, joined Offerpad as a Buyer’s Agent, and became the #1 National Buyer’s Agent in the country. What I’m Passionate About Outside of Real Estate:

My faith in God, the love of my country and the freedoms we enjoy, and above all, my family. I’m also a proud mom to two sweet dogs, Joshua and Hans. I adore animals and gardening. I hold a culinary degree and love cooking for family and friends. These things keep me grounded and remind me daily why I work so hard—to provide a beautiful life for my loved ones and help others do the same.
